The second edition’s themes included: climate change and agricultural systems, and legislation and policies. The second theme focused on governance of agricultural systems to strengthen the resilience and adaptability of small-scale farmers, while the third theme addressed financing, insurance, and investment in the agricultural sector in light of climate challenges. The fourth theme centered on capacity building, promoting entrepreneurship, and advancing scientific research.
